We go above and beyond CDC and New York State recommendations in taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses.

All providers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will wear a mask at your request.

We have always taken cleanliness and safety seriously, this pandemic emphasizes the importance of those actions for the safety of each patient, staff, and the community and world as a whole.

 

Your Role in COVID Safety

Call us if you’re symptomatic or exposed.

Call us if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell and taste, runny nose, or other symptoms, have been exposed to COVID. We will happily reschedule your appointment and discuss any measures you can take while you are tested, quarantine, or recover in the safety of your home.

Wash your hands.

Please wash your hands, especially after blowing your nose, touching your face, or sneezing.

Providers wash their hands at least hourly, as well as between each patient, in addition to the use of hand sanitizer at regular intervals and when touching common services.

Mask.

If you have symptoms of any respiratory illness we appreciate you rescheduling. If you are coming in for your appointment, we appreciate you masking to avoid sharing your cold symptoms with anyone else. Masks are always available in our reception area.

Practice social distancing.

Arrive on time and maintain social distancing with others in the building and waiting area.

Please avoid unnecessarily waiting in common spaces if possible.
