Dr. Janelle Berry PT, DPT, CNPT
Physical Therapist
I am a passionate physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University, where I also earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science Studies and a minor in psychology. I am dedicated to a holistic approach that integrates nutrition guidance, pilates, and yoga to enhance my patients’ lifestyles.
My past experiences include neurologic, pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation at NYU Langone before transitioning to orthopedic rotations in both Denver and New York City where I have found my love for post-operative care, return to sport; including running, skiing, and dance, as well as pelvic health.
I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my patients, empowering them to achieve their best lives and foster their personal growth through an individualistic approach to rehabilitation and optimization of health. Methods I frequently use in my practice clinically include but are not limited to; mckenzie, mulligan, strength based approach, breathing, and myofascial release.
