We Moved!

Dear Friends,

Good Life Physical Therapy has moved to a beautiful new space in Tarrytown as of December, 2023. The new location is 55 South Broadway, 2nd Floor, Tarrytown just 3 blocks North of our former office.

Same Good Life Physical Therapy, Same Treatments, New Home!

Why the move?

  • The building is handicap accessible, which as you can imagine is important for a physical therapy office. We now have elevator access to the second floor – or take the stairs and get a few more steps in your day.
  • We have a larger gym space which has allowed us to bring in Pilates reformers, one of my favorite tools that I have dreamed of being able to offer you for years but just haven’t had the space.
  • We now have multiple treatment rooms which allows us to have room for additional highly skilled Physical Therapists, which means rescheduling and wait times for new patients should be easier. The quality of treatments is something that will not be compromised and you’ll be with your therapist from start to finish.
  • There is room for administrative support to be on site – this allows me to focus my attention on my favorite part of my job: working with my patients.
  • The new office has onsite parking as well as easily accessible metered parking in front of the building and even more parking another block north.
  • We’re closer to Coffee Labs!
  • We have a beautiful view of the Hudson – I think this one is self explanatory, but if you’re in doubt book a sunset-timed appointment and you’ll see what I mean.
  • We are sharing space with Christina Wallace Acupuncture PLLC, owned and run by my friend and colleague, Christina Wallace, LAc. Christina is an amazing and gentle acupuncturist and our treatment styles compliment each other well: she is an excellent, patient, and caring clinician and healer who has great results treating patients with a range of issues from pain and stress to functional deficits and insomnia. For more information about Christina, her background, specialties, and practice visit Christina Wallace Acupuncture’s website.

This development has been a dream I have had since before I even opened the doors of my practice 4 years ago. Being able to realize this vision is an exciting step. I am incredibly passionate about helping each of you improve how your bodies work and how you get to use your bodies to live the best lives you can and I cannot wait to have more space and more support to be able to further that work.

Thank you for the honor of being your partner in advancing your health and for your trust in me and Good Life Physical Therapy. I am privileged to work with you, and so grateful to be able to look forward to the work I do every day.

Best,

Dr. Myriah Pahl, PT, DPT
